Christina & Young Tie The Knot!

We're so thrilled to finally share Christina & Young's wedding at the Athenaeum.  If you haven't heard of the Athenaeum at Cal Tech, it is one of the hidden gems in Pasadena!  We love working there! The venue's mediterranean-style architecture, notable history, and well-kept grounds make this THE perfect backdrop for a classic California wedding. 

I love it when clients trust us from start to finish because it allows me more freedom in my creative design process while I keep things within or under their budget.  I know I've said it many times, but we seriously attract the sweetest,  most easy-going, thoughtful clients! What's even better is when I get to bring on talented friendors who care about my couples just as much as I do! It honestly doesn't feel like work when I get to work with these amazingly talented vendors who immediately get my vision.  Without further ado, here are some sweet images from Snapmotive.

Flower Allie  has done it again. 18ft eucalyptus garland mixed with tall candles! Even more glorious when you see it in person. 

My favorite shot of Christina... How calm, sweet & lovely does she look? Not only is she a beauty,  she's one smart lady! My kind of girl crush! :) 

M Cakes Sweets created these delicious treats along with the cake and we had so much fun styling the dessert bar. 

I also added some eucalyptus garlands to a 8ft structure and hung clear candle globes for the bridal party table.  I think any sweetheart or bridal party table deserves special attention. ;) 

You really don't need much decor when you've got such an amazing vaulted ceiling, luxurious silk tapestry and THAT chandelier. FYI, this gorgeous chandelier comes with the venue. We didn't have to hire any rentals other than lighting.  

We lined up 50+ candles along with small clusters of floral pieces from the ceremony garland. Simple yet romantic! 

A huge "Thank You" to all of these amazing, talented friends who make our job so fun & enjoyable! Talk about awesome teamwork!
