Yuni & Scott's Wedding Part II
Huge thanks to John & Joseph Photography for capturing their wonderful moments... You guys rock!!
How cool is this shot?? soooo cute!
Now something more serious...
Some detail shots...
Beatiful arrangements done by Hye Jin Chon from Blossom
V. Sattui's Courtyard.. we ordered special linens & hung lanterns to give some color before the guests enter the reception.
Yuni didn't like the barrel room being too dark, so we went with white chiavari chairs with blush napkins & overlays. All floral centerpieces consisted of pink roses, white & blush peonies & white hydrangeas.

Non Traditional Ring Boy Pillows
Look at how darling these pillows are…not your traditional white. But ones with flair and color and personality.
Owner and designer Vane from Brooklyn Bride said she was tired of of all the white chiffon pillows there were out there, and wanted something that was more fun and reflected the brides style. Vane is based in NY but you can buy the pillows through her online shopping cart.
Take a look at some other alternatives!
A bit messy, dont' you think?
I do like this one much better! Photo Credit: BKB Photography

Susan & Yun Jae tie the knot 8/2/08
I had a wonderful wedding back in August with two clients that I truly got to love and respect. Susan & Yun Jae were awesome to work with and they were so thoughtful & encouraging throughout the wedding planning process & especially my pregnancy. I seriously have THE BEST CLIENTS!!! I felt as though I have gained a valuable friendship & love.
Their beautiful wedding took place at Summit House and I really loved working at this location. The staff is amazing and everything ran like clockwork, and not to mention their popular prime rib!!! yum!! All photo images courtesy of Teak Photography
Their first dance was the BEST chreographed dance I've seen so far! If you're looking for a dance instructor, let me know! I have already referred her to a couple of my other clients already after seeing their first dance and so far... awesome!!
I really loved the bright yellow dresses that the girls were wearing!
Some of the detail shots of the reception. Hot pink, orange & yellow were their color scheme, perfect for a summer wedding!
Susan surprised Yun Jae (he's a Cal alum) with a groom's cake during reception. Isn't the cake so cute?
Mr. & Mrs. Park and myself @ end of the night!
Special thank you's to all the vendors who made this wedding beautiful & stunning!

Dessert Bar Inspirations
There has been a lot of buzz around the wedding blog world in the past couple of days about dessert bars.
Check these out:
Check these out:
All of these are by Amy Atlas out of New York. If you aren't drooling enough already, be sure to go to her website to check out more details. Thanks to Style Me Pretty for these images. For our clients, if you would like our assistance with setting up a dessert buffet, let us know.
These amazing cupcake displays are from Vanilla Cake Shop located in Santa Monica, CA. Their cupcakes are amazingly delicious! If you're a cupcake lover, you also need to try Sprinkles Cupcakes in Beverly Hills (The red velvet flavor is my favorite!)

Baby News!
Dear Readers,
I have some amazing news to share with you all. Bobby and I are expecting our first baby in Feb of next year! And we just found out last week that we're having a boy!!!! I'm currently on my 18th week and seriously... my clients have been so supportive and caring of my pregnancy that I'm so thankful for them. Huge thanks to my husband, who shows unconditional love & support. Without him, I don't think I would have survived my nasty morning sickness, weird cravings & summer weddings. As you can see, I haven't been blogging much lately (from month of June- August) I have been sort of side-tracked with wonderful baby websites & mommy blogs instead of photographers' & wedding blogs. :) sorry readers! But I'm feeling so much better in my second trimester and I'm actually enjoying my preggo life! I have gained 5-7 pounds since the pregnancy and my belly is showing a bit and I no longer fit into my Seven jeans.... but all these changes in my body excites me and I still can't believe I'm 5 months pregnant! Here's our last week's ultrasound picture of our baby boy!
Introducing baby Grant!
me & my younger sis~ we took this picture couple days ago while shopping for some maternity clothes at Citadel Outlets. She's three weeks ahead of me and it's so fun to be pregnant with her! she keeps me accountable and I don't think we were ever this close.
haha showing off our bellies!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
so today, my first prenatal workout DVD that I ordered online has arrived. :D I'm afraid of gaining like 50 pounds during the pregnancy and I'll definitely keep you updated if this DVD is working for me.

Young & Tim tie the knot! 9/6/08
I flew up to Norcal last weekend to coordinate Young & Tim's wedding in SF. They looked stunning, the weather was gorgeous, everything went smoothly and organized. I could not have asked for a better day. I DOCed their wedding and it was my absolute pleasure working together and seeing them tie the knot. Here are some shots wonderful Jules Bianchi along with her sister & Jay took on their wedding day. More to come..
